I specialise in solution-focused hypnotherapy, with a preference for working online. Research has shown that online hypnotherapy can be just as effective—if not more so—than in-person sessions, as many clients feel more relaxed and comfortable in their own home. This relaxed environment can enhance the therapeutic process and support positive change.
Where online sessions aren’t possible, I also offer in-person appointments at Plympton Therapy Rooms in Plymouth.
My journey with hypnotherapy began as a client. I was amazed by how powerful and effective it was in helping me overcome challenges in a calm, positive, and forward-looking way.
